Our lab’s results are seamlessly integrated into various academic programs, including courses like Innovation Technology I and II, internship projects, and bachelor and master theses.This integration ensures that students gain hands-on experience with the latest IoT advancements, preparing them for future challenges in the industry.
The FAU IoT Lab represents the iterative progression of the “Innovationsfond Lehre” project, which has allowed us to expand on artifacts created from funded projects and incorporate them into our teaching curriculum. Witnessing the enthusiastic response from students and their keen interest in IoT technologies motivated us to establish a sustainable and secure environment where ongoing research can thrive in direct collaboration with students.
We strive to foster strong collaborations with industry partners, creating an attractive space for engagement and innovation. Currently, we are working closely with the mioty alliance and LZE GmbH, with many more partnerships to follow.
