We are setting a clear and inspiring direction for how we envision students to engage with AI; also and especially in our lectures and seminars. This is not just a statement—it’s a call to action!

What does the FAU Wi1 AI manifesto hold?

We strive for learning and teaching innovation powered by human and artificial intelligence:
1.   FAU Wi1 students are active and reflective AI users
2.   In their use of AI, FAU Wi1 students explore, experiment and evaluate the contribution of human and artificial intelligence
3.   The FAU Wi1 team encourages and supports students in their AI journey
4.   We dedicate our teaching to supporting AI literacy of FAU Wi1 students
5.   Together, we engage with FAU Wi1 students in a debate about the ethical use of AI-based systems
