Forum on Philosophy, Engineering & Technology (fPET) in Nürnberg

In the last week Nürnberg became home for philosophers and engineers who discussed their recent research and findings as well as the great challenges which societies face regarding the use of technology. Organized and chaired by Wi1 researcher Dr. Dr. Albrecht Fritzsche, the Forum on Philosophy, Engineering & Technology (fPET) united both representants of academia as well as practitioners for the exchange of thoughts and experiences at the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nürnberg. Besides many sessions and keynotes the conference included a visit to a theater, the conference dinner at the “Museum for Industrial Culture” and a “Philosopher of Technology’s Walk through Ancient Nuremberg”.
