Getting school children excited about science at FAU
Last week, students from the course Innovation and Leadership invited a class from the school Winzer-Iggensbach to visit FAU teach them about new and existing technologies at our university. The goal of the students is it, to create a compelling concept that engages school kids from rural areas to be excited about studying at FAU.
The school kids really enjoyed their day at JOSEPHS and were fascinated about robots, 3-D Printing and the diversity of our human senses. We hope that we will see some of the school kids in a couple of years enrolled as FAU-Students.
