Our colleague Spyridon Koustas had the opportunity to attend and present two of his research papers at the CIRP Design Conference 2024 hosted by Cranfield University.

1️⃣ Uncovering the potential of chatbots during the development of industrial smart product-service systems – This paper explores the use of chatbots to assist manufacturers in the IoT sensor search and selection process.

2️⃣ From pixels to 3D worlds: Enhancing digital collaboration for distributed teams – This paper presents a real-time communication and collaboration tool designed to support distributed teams through a shared virtual environment.

Special thanks to all the co-authors Julius Kirschbaum, Georg Breimair and Michael Amler and of course to Prof. Kathrin Moeslein who enables such great opportunities and experiences.

The publications will soon be available online.
