Master thesis offering: Robotics in Retail
The vision of a technological reality in which humans and service robots coexist in a common service system is not new. Technological advances in the field of service robotics have brought us closer to this vision. Service robots are currently being used in retail, hospitality, education and healthcare. However, it is surprising that little attention has been addressed to user’s responses so far. Several master thesis topics available.
Available master thesis topics:
- How do human-robot interactions differ from interpersonal ones?
- How do you imagine a robotic sales assistant, and which use cases offer added value?
- How should service systems which include service robots be designed to allow for stakeholders’ acceptance?
