- Agnieszka Lubkiewicz graduated with a Master of Science in International Business Studies from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg in 2019. Her major were innovation management and value creation. During her Master studies Agnieszka actively participated in entrepreneurial community – she graduated from one-year elite entrepreneurial program Digital Tech Academy and took part in a TALENT Program from ZOLLHOF Tech Incubator. Additionally she gained first research experience working as a student assistent at the Wi1 Chair. For the whole Master degree she was awarded a BAYHOST scholarship.
As an undergraduate Agnieszka studied International Business Studies with a focus on international business negotiations at Wroclaw University of Economics in Poland. During this time she also spent a semester abroad at Universitá degli Studi di Cagliari in Italy and worked as an intern in Credit Suisse Bank.
In between her studies she also gained some practical experience working for a digital startup in Czech Republic and Poland.
At the Wi1 Chair Agnieszka is responsible for coordination of executive education program “Leading Digital Transformation” that provides business leaders and decision makers with a framework to analyze and develop an innovative blueprint for their companies and embrace the wave of digital transformation. The program is developed in cooperation with Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Additionally Agnieszka is responsible for Wi1 Chair-Startups cooperation and student exchange programs with partner universities.
