Dr. Carolin Bendel
Carolin Bendel graduated in art history, Bavarian history and psychology at LMU Munich. In 2011, she finished her dissertation at the Institute for History of Technology, TUM Business School in Munich with the title “Inszenierung der Fahrzeugübergabe in der deutschen Automobilindustrie: Die symbolisch-kommunikative Bedeutung der Kundencenter hinsichtlich der persönlichen Fahrzeugabholung durch den Käufer aus Unternehmens- und aus Abholersicht“. Her research focuses on contemporary architecture, communication, symbolism and service in the automotive industry.
Since 2015 she is at the Chair of Information Systems – Innovation and Value Creation, where she is responsible for general administration and coordination of projects and funding.
