Jan Hohner, B.Sc.

Jan Hohner studied Information Technology at the Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 2015.

Jan is enthusiastic about Entrepreneurship and Innovation and has been active in the startup scene since he was 16. He is also interested in the effects the Web has on society and science. For his contributions to open source Mozilla Science projects, Jan was awarded ‘Friend of Mozilla Science’ (https://mozillascience.org/).

Jan is also technical co-founder of www.unicoach.de, a platform for students to manage their studies at 26 universities in Germany. UniCoach was awarded ‘Startup of the Week’ by WirtschaftsWoche. He now works as the Head of IT at the new Zollhof Gründerzentrum.
