Presentations at RESER 2018 in Gothenburg
The RESER annual conference 2018 took place in Gothenburg from 20th to 22th September and was co-organized by the School of Business, Economics and Law, University of Gothenburg and the Department of Technology Management and Economics, Chalmers University of Technology. From the WI1, Stefan Genennig and Natalie Roth contributed with their paper presentations to this year’s conference motto on „Services in the Age of Contested Globalization“. They participated in fruitful discussions, exchanged ideas and thoughts with colleagues from all over the world and gained valuable insights for their own research in various paper presentations, key notes, workshops and interactive sessions around ‚Digitalization and technology-enabled services‘, ‚Organizing for effective servitization and service management‘ or ‚Service innovation in private and public services‘– to name only some.
