Strong presence of Wi1 at R&D Management Conference
A delegation of the chair Wi1 participated at this year’s R&D Management Conference held at Churchill College of Cambridge University. Albrecht Fritzsche presented the paper “Simplifying with Modularity: How Users Innovate when Making” of Hari Suman Naik and him. Stephan Eicher introduced the community to new findings regarding bootlegging with his literature review “What Literature Tells Us About Bootlegging”. Sascha Julian Oks contributed to the discussion on digitalization of industry with the paper “The Digitalisation Of Industry From A Strategic Perspective” coauthored by Albrecht Fritzsche and Claudia Lehman from our partner research institute CLIC at HHL Leipzig. Moreover, CLIC member Leontin Karl Grafmüller presented on “Mass Customization and B2B markets – A stocktaking of current challenges”. Julia Jonas and Julian Boha contributed with their workshop “Cross-organizational innovation: Implications for collaborative R&D strategies”. Kathrin M. Möslein and Christofer Daiberl were among the authors of the several papers as well.
Besides the high quality exchange about R&D management topics, the conference offered great opportunities for socializing with the community, especially during the conference dinner in the mighty Hall at King’s College.
We like to thank the organizers and look forward to next year’s RADMA in Leuven.
