The aim of this thesis is to analyze open innovation practices within a corporate setting, focusing on how different business units interact, share knowledge, and drive innovation together. Key research questions for instance include:

  • How do different organizational structures influence innovation collaboration?
  • What best practices can be identified to foster seamless knowledge exchange and co-creation?
