WI1 at British Academy of Management Conference 2019

The British Academy of Management Conference 2019 took place from 3rd to 5th September at the Aston University in Birmingham. From the WI1, Elena Krause and Natalie Roth contributed with their paper presentations to this year’s conference motto on „Building and sustaining high performance organizations during uncertain times: challenges and opportunities“.

The BAM 2019 created a platform for researchers seeking solutions in uncertain times and offered fruitful discussions on our understanding of management, performance, organizations and the nature of the challenges we face.

The conference’s international audience made it possible to meet new and known colleagues from all over the world and to exchange ideas and thoughts on current and future research and to gain valuable insights for own research ideas through various paper presentations, key notes, workshops and interactive sessions.
