Wi1 at R&D Management Conference 2019 in Paris
Elena Krause from Wi1 presented one of her research papers on the dynamics of ambidexterity at this year’s R&D Management Conference 2019 in an inspiring session on Agility, Ambidexterity and Innovation. This year’s R&D Management conference took place from 17-21 June in Paris, France, under the theme “The Innovation Challenge: Bridging Research, Industry and Society” at ÈcolePolytechnique and HECParis – two of the most prestigious French higher education institutions. Her presented paper was based on field research in the paper processing industry, more specifically the largest European enterprise in the envelope industry, an industry where digitization is a key driver of change. As the conference provides exchange of ideas among academics and practioners interested in the study of research, development, technology management and innovation, she gained valuable feedback and new insights for the further development of her research.
