ZAD is an interdisciplinary project of experts in the fields of service engineering and management, psychogerontology, innovation management, and information systems. The project members collaborate with partners from industry and academia in different research and innovation activities and operate a center that serves as a contact point for private and public organizations as well as for individuals of any age group.
