Christofer Daiberl
Dr. Christofer Daiberl
Christofer Daiberl received a Master of Science in International Business Studies from the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. Prior to this, he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Universität Bayreuth and the University of Nebraska, Lincoln with a major in information systems and service management.
He gained practical experience in various small and large companies such as A-M-T GmbH, Audi AG or MunichRe AG. Moreover, he was a co-founder of a consultancy which focused on leveraging digital technology for open innovation and services within small- and medium enterprises.
His research focuses on the topics of open (service) innovation, service design, and networked service productivity. In this context, he is predominantly following the paradigm of pragmatism and conducts design science research.
